General Information

Residential cans must be placed out the night before pickup day.
Household garbage is the only thing allowed in a residential can and all material must be bagged.
Our drivers/ riders are not responsible for overflow and will not pick debris off of the ground. If you load your can(s) or dumpster back up while the truck is at your location, we will dump it twice.
Please confine pets on pickup days.
Residential billing is done every three months.
Front end and roll-off billing is done every month.
Dumpsters must not be blocked, and gates must be open in order to be picked up as scheduled.
In the event your can(s) or dumpster was not out/ hidden or blocked you will have to wait for the next regularly scheduled pickup date.

All pickups will be delayed by one day if the following holiday falls on a weekday.
